Well, wasn't 2020 something?  Shew, glad that's over.   This year, 2021 has me typing out a list of resolutions like no other.   Ok, really they are more to do lists than hope to do.  Resolutions never worked for me before.  If your new to my Blog, welcome.  Actually, so am I.  One of my resolutions (to do's) is to update and upkeep this wonderful website, newsletters and all my social media outlet and this blog too going.   A very big TO DO indeed because, frankly I've never been good at it...I am an artist after all, and all I want to do it paint and create.  Alas, if I have learned nothing in this time I've been isolated, is that in order to be more well known, it requires reaching out, keeping up with whats going on in the world and being organized.   Art has never been about just selling for me though.  Honestly, I dreaded selling in the beginning.   Not that I am apposed to making money, but I just never felt like my work was good enough to warrant charging anyone for it..." omg no, please take it for free".  Well, I have grown more comfortable, doing that, because my time and Art is worth it.   I still love to give art away as gifts tho.  My favorite part of being an artist, is how people relate and react....If I can honestly make someone feel better just by looking at something I created, it makes everything I do worth it.    So as January 2021 is reaching its final days, I plan on a monthly blog for now in tune with a monthly newsletter starting in February after I work out the kinks.   I hope your resolutions or ToDo's come together in 2021 and I wish all of you a much better year ahead.   Cheers,
